Steven Flam developed and has practiced 'BreathingRx Bodywork' for over 33 years. He started by learning Breathing Coordination and the science of maximum diaphragm target training from Carl Stough and went on to study many healing bodywork modalities. He has worked with athletes across the US, Canada and Europe.
Breathing Coordination was used to train the 1968 US Summer Olympic track and field athletes. The Head coach wrote him a letter thanking him and saying how the results of the team would not have been the same without his efforts.

Sessions are 90 minutes in duration and by appointment only..
Private sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of the individual and may include:
1. A unique and gentle bodywork format for developing body awareness and releases necessary for maximal
diaphragmatic development training.
2. Special exercises created to isolate the work of the diaphragm and achieve the genetic potential of your diaphragm's
freedom and strength.
3. Coaching during your training to integrate the improve the movement qualities of your discipline to include
diaphragm support.
4. Breath Management Coaching during training to ensure better performance.
Newly discovered scientific understanding of the respiratory system, along with special applications, makes these benefits possible and include:
COURSE OF SESSIONS
Most people start experiencing changes after 2-4 sessions. For optimum results where the new patterns become fully integrated, a minimum of 10 sessions over not more than a 10-week period is recommend. Also, top performers often schedule sessions just before an important event for peak diaphragm strength.
